I just passed by the rear courtyard laundry room and the following "Notice" was posted on the bulletin board in the laundry room. The original notice was printed by a computer printer and then someone added hand-written text to the printed "Notice".

Here is a re-print of the printed "Notice" on the bulletin board:

BEWARE!!

YOU ARE BEING ASKED TO VOTE FOR 4 (FOUR) PROPOSALS THAT WOULD ALLOW A SMALL GROUP OF INSIDERS TO CIRCUMVENT THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND THE BYLAWS OF FOUNTAIN COURT CONDO. ASSOCIATION.

IF ALL 4 (FOUR) CHANGES ARE RATIFIED, IN THE FUTURE, ONLY 15 OWNERS COULD
CHANGE ANYTHING, ANY TIME THEY WANTED TO.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO VOTE NO!!!

DON'T SIGN THE PROXY THAT IS BEING CIRCULATED BECAUSE IT ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO VOTE YES.

- HEADLINE - WHY ISN'T ALCOR AND THE BOARD TRYING TO SAVE SOME OF YOUR
MONEY???

As many of you know, I provide lawn care services as part of my business. Something that I've been doing for several of my customers this year, to help them cut back their expenses, is putting them on a 10-day schedule instead of a weekly schedule for their lawn care. Most of my customers like weekly lawn care, but for many, the higher taxes, low interest rates and rising unemployment rates are making them be a little more frugal with their money. Instead of them cutting back to having their lawns done every two weeks, they have cut back to every 10 days. This saves them 25% off of their lawn care bill (since I charge them the same for 10 day service as I did for weekly service).

Since ALCOR took over as the anointed one... ooops.. I meant the manager of Fountain Court, the cost for lawn care has risen 300%... in less than two years. I bet they didn't tell you that. You all use to have a lawn care service cut the grass for around $100.00/week and the new company, THAT WAS ALREADY IN BED WITH ALCOR, is charging $300.00/week... THREE TIMES MORE. I wonder if he even shopped around this year? Probably not, as competition
has grown dramatically (just based on the number of ads on Craigslist) and that has caused prices to come down. Either shopping around for a better price or cutting back from once a week to every 10 days would have saved the owners over $3,000.00 a year... OR MORE!!!

ALCOR has also had one of his maintenance/clean-up people doing the recent pressure washing of the wooden decks around the pool. Do any of the owners know if ALCOR donated this employee or if you all paid BIG BUCKS for this work? One owner sent ALCOR an email asking about this and also asking for a copy of the Management Contract but did not receive a reply to either request. What do they have to hide???
