MORE MONEY AVAILABLE FOR THE REAR COURTYARD FLOOD
VICTIMS.... BUT ARE THEY TELLING YOU ABOUT ALL OF YOUR
MONEY?????

I've been told by a couple of people about this information
and I even overheard Chet Hingle saying to one owner, "Tell
the investigative reporter...". (He saw me standing on the
balcony and was standing right under me.... he's such a
child... I think he's suffering from alzheimer's or
something. I wonder who on the Board changes his Depends
for him??? :-D ) Anyhow... I guess this is his way of
communicating with all of you. He's too lazy, stupid,
ignorant or just a horse's ass, to properly communicate or
put out his own letter to provide information to the owners
at FCC so he just gives money to a couple of people and
expects them to spread the word.... what a crappy so-called
manager we have!!!!!

So, now you have to call Chet or your favorite Board Member
or just show up at unit #79, Board Member and Treasurer,
James Williams, to be a "good little owner" and beg for more
of YOUR money. Now shake. Now jump through the hoop. Now
roll over and play dead. Good boy!!!! :-D (Just
illustrating absurdity by being absurd - Rush Limbaugh)

Be aware though.. that they are still telling owners that
they are getting far less than the insurance has actually
paid to FCCA. They are still NOT telling owners about the
extra 20% added on to the total estimate as contractor
profit and overhead. Attached is an Adobe (.pdf) file (can
be downloaded via the BLOG download link) showing the Cover
Page, Sultan Mirza's estimate, the Common Elements estimate
and the final summary pages showing the added on amounts for
Contractor Profit and Contractor Overhead. This 20% is
added on after each of the units are totaled, so when Chet
and the Board give you a copy of your estimate, it is not
showing this added 20% which they have been paid for
YOU!!!!! This amounts to over $3,000.00 for a 1BR unit,
nearly $4,000.00 for a 2BR unit and around $6,000.00 for a
3BR unit.

If you do not make Chet and the Board give you this money
that is legally and rightfully yours, the Board wishes to
thank you for your donation and contribution to the general
slush fund. Maybe the Board will give Chet a raise for
coming up with "his Plan" to steal your money....ooops.. I
meant confiscate your money! Steal is such a harsh
word!!!!! :-D

Good luck to all of the victims who let Chet and the Board
steal.... ooops.. confiscate YOUR money. The rest of the
victims who fought for and received all of THEIR money and
all of the non-victim owners appreciate your contributions
and donations so that they do not have to pay any special
assessments for improvements around FCCA, even if you did
let yourself get screwed out of YOUR money!!!!! :-D
