FEMA IS SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING FOR DEBRIS REMOVAL... NOT THE FCCA OWNERS!!!!!
See the below link to a news article which clearly states that FEMA is supposed to be paying for debris-removal... even on private community association property.

According to "Chet's Board" End Of Year Report, this amount is over $75,000.00 for FCCA. Has anyone on "Chet's Board" filed this claim with FEMA? If they get this money, will they reimburse the owners where they have deducted debris removal money from their settlements?
I guess if "Chet's Board" ever decides to hold an open meeting, you all might actually get an answer. "Chet's Board" has illegally postponed the Annual Meeting that was scheduled back in December 2005. "Chet's Board" has ignored the Bylaws by refusing to let owners see the financial records for the Association. "Chet's Board" is still playing games with peoples insurance money. "Chet's Board" is still treating people rudely and cursing people out when they try to question Chet about anything. When will the Board Members, who are supposed to be representing the owners actually start doing so? Why don't they just resign if they don't want to do their jobs... that they volunteered to do! Nobody is forcing them to be Board Members. Why do they insist on controlling or should I say ruining people's lives in this manner?
That's why I call them "Chet's Board"... because even though the Board is supposed to tell Chet what to do, since he is the employee, instead it seems that Chet runs the Board. I guess that is why Chet can curse people out, lie to people and attempt to steal from people... all with impunity by the Board.
