Fw: "The Fountain of Information" - MORE LATE BREAKING NEWS!!! - A NEW BOARD AND MANAGER IS IN THE WORKS!!!!

MORE LATE BREAKING NEWS!!!!

In the past two days, I have had THREE different owners say
they are ready and willing to step up and become Board
Members should the current Board resign or be recalled. I
bet there are many more who are so frustrated by the current
Board's refusal to communicate and take control of the
so-called Manager.

I have previously made public my offer to serve as the
Manager, also at no charge to the Association, so there is
some serious momentum going forward for a REGIME CHANGE
around FCC. Too bad we don't have a statue of Chet
Hingle... that we can pull down like they did to Saddam
Hussein's statue in Iraq. Then we could drag his head
around the courtyard behind my wheel barrel. :-D

THE FIRST THING THAT WILL HAPPEN WITH A NEW BOARD AND
MANAGER IS A SERIES OF OPEN MEETINGS WITH COMPLETE
DISCLOSURE AND FULL TRANSPARENCY OF ALL OF THE FINANCIAL AND
INSURANCE INFORMATION FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS!!!! YOU
WILL BE ASSURED OF GETTING EVERY LAST PENNY THAT HAS BEEN
ALLOCATED TO YOU FROM THE INSURANCE SETTLEMENTS. THIS WOULD
MEAN THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS $$$$$$$$$$ THAT YOU
CAN USE TO BRING YOUR CONDO BACK TO BETTER THAN PRE-KATRINA
CONDITION WITHOUT THE FEAR OF THE CURRENT FASCIST BOARD THAT
IS TRYING TO CONFISCATE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Speaking of Fascism... I took a picture of a Swastika and
some Spanish language that someone drew on one of the
windows of one of the hurricane flood victims in the rear
courtyard... right near the FEMA trailer. I wonder if it
was one of the FEMA workers who wrote some Spanish language
around the Swastika... probably talking about CHET HINGLE
and calling him a fascist or racist!!!!!

There is the picture in the TFOI Webshots site. I will try
to get a better one so that one of you can decipher the
language. You can see the Swastika drawn in the dust on the
window of the unit with some of the Spanish language next to
it with the trailer in the window reflection.
