HEADLINE - WILL CHET AND THE BOARD GIVE YOU MORE OF YOUR
MONEY???
WOW!!!! A lot has happened in the past three days and
yesterday was a real DOOZIE so I'll get to the headline in a
minute!
I must be doing something right around here, because Chet
Hingle, ONCE AGAIN, stuck his finger in my face and told me
to "GET OUT OF HERE" and "SHUT-UP" to which I reminded him
that I live here and he can't tell me where to walk and then
I raised my voice even louder when I told him that he can't
make me "SHUT-UP"!!!!! Then he got in my face and I told
him... "Go ahead, hit me, so I can have your A$$ arrested
and carted out of here!!!"... along with a few other choice
comments! :-D
All of this took place when I approached James Williams, the
Board Member in unit #79, to give him a message from one of
the owners here at FCC who could not reach James Williams by telephone. James Williams and Chet Hingle were talking to two FEMA supervisors who were here
trying to find out why Chet Hingle threw their crew off of
the property yesterday.
The gist of the conversation is that FEMA has declared this
entire metropolitan area a disaster zone and Federal
Regulations take over when that happens. FEMA has approved
the rear yard area and rear parking area for FEMA trailers
and unless FCCA is prepared to sue FEMA in Federal Court to
try and get a restraining order, there isn't anything that
Chet Hingle can do to stop OUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS FROM
GETTING A FEMA TRAILER so they will have a "Home" for the
holidays. Thank You God!!!
In fact, when the FEMA representatives asked Chet Hingle if
the Association has voted to not allow FEMA trailers, Chet
Hingle told them that the Board voted on it! James
Williams, who is a nice guy and unfortunately is just stuck
with having to deal with Chet Hingle, actually told Chet and
the FEMA supervisors, "Well, that's not exactly true!". I
would have loved to see the look on Chet's face when James
told Chet and the FEMA supervisors that CHET HAD BEEN LYING
TO THEM!!!
THAT'S RIGHT... THE BOARD NEVER DID VOTE OR ISSUE A LETTER
TELLING PEOPLE THEY COULD NOT HAVE A TRAILER SO THERE WAS
NEVER A REASON FOR ANYONE TO NOT ASK FEMA FOR A TRAILER.
SINCE FEMA HAS ALREADY DECLARED FCC A SUITABLE LOCATION FOR
FEMA TRAILERS, THE ONLY WAY THAT CHET HINGLE AND THE BOARD
CAN STOP THEM NOW IS TO WASTE YOUR MONEY BY FILING A FEDERAL
LAWSUIT AGAINST FEMA!!!
THE LAST THING I HEARD CHET SAYING AS HE WALKED ACROSS THE
PARKING LOT WITH HIS HANDS IN THE AIR WAS.. "SCREW THEM...
IF THEY WANT A F_CKING TRAILER PARK, LET THEM HAVE ONE!"
ONE OF MY SOURCES ALSO HEARD HIM TELL AL THE MAINTENANCE MAN
THAT IF THE FEMA PEOPLE COME BACK TO HOOK UP THE TRAILER,
LET THEM HOOK IT UP!
THANK YOU GOD!!! NOW SOME OF OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS CAN
COME BACK HOME!!!!!
Now, onto the headline...
WILL CHET AND THE BOARD GIVE YOU MORE OF YOUR MONEY???
I am assuming by now that Chet and the Board are in
possession of the recently released Flood Insurance Checks
for the rear courtyard so they should have an additional
THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($364,000.00)
OF YOUR MONEY IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS! This is over and
above the initial $150,000.00 or more that they got with the
advance payment. I was privy to a conversation yesterday
where a home owner asked Chet for more money since the
initial partial payment was running out and they still had
to pay for many more things. Chet told this person that
they will not get any more OF THEIR MONEY until they have
completed their condo renovations. Most people do not have
thousands of dollars laying around... especially in these
disastrous times... so why is Chet Hingle and the Board
being so vicious and hateful to people???
NOW WE ALL KNOW THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT WAS LESS THAN ONE
THIRD (1/3) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT WAS ALLOCATED TO EACH
FLOOD VICTIM AND THAT MOST OWNERS SHOULD BE RECEIVING OVER
THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE INITIAL PARTIAL PAYMENT...
UNLESS CHET AND THE BOARD ARE STILL PLANNING ON HIDING OR
CONFISCATING SOME OF YOUR MONEY!
Once these recently issued checks clear the FCC bank
account, there is no reason in the world why they cannot
give you at least another ONE THIRD (1/3) OF YOUR MONEY. I
understand the Association wanting to hold some of your
money back until you have completed or nearly completed your
renovations since they do not want people just taking the
money and running off, leaving a moldy, gutted or unfinished
condo for everyone else to deal with... BUT THEY COULD JUST
HOLD THE LAST ONE-THIRD (1/3) AS THIS PRECAUTIONARY MONEY.
THEY SHOULD GIVE OUT ONE-THIRD (1/3) IMMEDIATELY. THEN GIVE
ANOTHER ONE-THIRD (1/3) UPON STARTING THE RENOVATIONS (SO
YOU CAN PAY YOUR CONTRACTOR THE DOWN PAYMENT) AND THEN THE
FINAL ONE-THIRD (1/3) UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR RENOVATIONS.
THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU SPEND OR
SAVE... AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR UNIT RENOVATED, THEY SHOULD
GIVE YOU ALL OF YOUR MONEY!!!!! WHY DO THEY THINK THEY HAVE
ANY RIGHT TO KEEP ANY OF YOUR MONEY?????
REMEMBER, IT IS YOUR MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE CLAIM... PAID
OUT OF THE INSURANCE POLICY PAID FOR WITH YOUR MONEY FROM
YOUR CONDO DUES... SO DO NOT LET CHET AND THE BOARD TRY TO
TREAT YOU AS SECOND CLASS CITIZENS AND CONFISCATE ANY OF
YOUR MONEY!!!! STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND DEMAND THAT YOU
GET EVERY LAST PENNY OF YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM MONEY!!!!
IF CHET AND THE BOARD WANT TO RAISE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF
DOLLARS FOR SOME SPECIAL PROJECT, LET THEM DO AN ASSESSMENT
TO ALL NINETY-FOUR (94) OWNERS.. NOT JUST CONFISCATE SOME
MONEY FROM SOME OF THE OWNERS... THE HURRICANE VICTIMS WHO
HAVE ALREADY LOST SO MUCH!!!!!
