Fw: November 8, 2005 edition of "The Fountain of Information" - TEN WEEKS LATER!!!!!

Dear Readers,

Just an update from previously reported issues and some NEW
information... coming later in this edition.

While most of the more seriously stricken victims are
finally getting some information from the Board and
Management of FCC... (Better LATE than NEVER!)... as of this
time, most owners on the less affected buildings still have
not heard anything about what will be done to repair their
roof leaks, air-conditioning units, windows, etc.

We had a roofing company on the premises to repair the major
roof problems but the Management or Board DID NOT EVEN TELL
THEM to make repairs to the less affected roofs. This came
right out of the mouth of one of managers of Fleur De Lis
Construction Company. I asked him when they would start on
the less affected buildings, while they were still here
working on the main roof damage, and he told me that NOBODY
mentioned anything to him about repairing the other
buildings roof leaks.

Seems like another malfunction in communications!!!!! That
does seem to be going on a lot around here lately.

LATE BREAKING NEWS-

I received a copy of the "FCC Management Report for the
Month of July, 2005", which outlines the income and expenses
of the Condo Association. A copy is attached for your reading. I quote... "... the Board and Management has your best
interest in mind....".

HMMMMMMMM... it sure doesn't seem that way for the past
three months when THEY REFUSE TO LET ANY OWNERS SEE THE
INSURANCE COMPANY DOCUMENTS, SETTLEMENT CHECKS, ETC.!!!!!

THEY ARE ACTING LIKE CONTROL FREAKS AND THINK THEY CAN RUN
YOUR LIVES.

Has anybody seen a "Management Report" for the months of
August, September or October, 2005???????

If they would publish those AS THE BY-LAWS MOST LIKELY SAYS
THEY MUST DO IT EACH MONTH, then at least everyone would
know how much money has been deposited into the various FCC
Bank Accounts. THEY WANT TO HOLD THE "BY-LAWS" OVER YOUR
HEADS AND MAKE YOU FOLLOW EVERY RULE WHILE THEY THUMB THEIR
NOSES AT THE RULES!!!

This "Report" also slanders several other tenants and owners
at FCC, much like Chet Hingle slandered this writer on more
than one occasion in the past month. He is supposed to be a
"Professional Manager", yet he regularly curses at people,
slanders them and is just DOWNRIGHT RUDE!!!! I wonder how
many slander lawsuits it will take against Chet Hingle and
the Association before the Board finally does something to
correct his abusive habits. Maybe that's why they are
holding back thousands of dollars of YOUR INSURANCE
MONEY.... to pay off the lawsuits caused by Chet Hingle.

Or maybe the Board isn't even liable for Chet Hingle since
it has been reported that Chet is on an unpaid leave of
absence right now and is collecting unemployment. HMMMMM...
I wonder if there is any fraud involved there? Chet is
still clearly acting as the Manager and if he is in fact
collecting unemployment, then those questions need to be
answered.

MORE LATE BREAKING NEWS-

More than one owner has now sought the representation of an
Attorney. If the Board and Management do not give FULL
DISCLOSURE soon, there will most likely be a lawsuit
FREEZING THE BOARD from doing any further SECRET MEETINGS
concerning the insurance settlements. This will DELAY
EVERYONE from getting their money. I'm sure the "Management
Report" will BLAME the owners who hired attorneys but IF THE
BOARD WOULD HAVE JUST GIVEN FULL DISCLOSURE AND HAD
TRANSPARENCY FROM THE BEGINNING, these legal actions would
not be taking place... TEN WEEKS AFTER THE HURRICANE!!!!!
AND NEARLY A MONTH SINCE THE BOARD HAD FINANCIAL INFORMATION
THAT THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DISCLOSE!!!!

EVEN MORE LATE BREAKING NEWS-

I had another incident with another Board Member yesterday
(Monday, November 7, 2005) and if I do not get a written
apology within three days, I will report the facts of that
incident. I liked this particular Board Member... in fact,
I still think the Board could turn this debacle around...
and I am hoping that it is just the stress that made him do
what he did. I am trying to be patient and turn the other
cheek to these personal attacks and incidents but I WILL NOT
SIT DOWN AND TAKE THEIR CRAP LIKE THEY ARE FORCING SO MANY
OF YOU TO DO!!!!!

I wonder if they GET OFF on controlling so many of your
lives???? The incident yesterday sure seems like this Board
Member was getting off on trying to control a small part of
mine.... but it back fired on him. I called his bluff and
he crumbled!!!! More to come on this incident.. SOON... if
I do not receive an apology. They want to act like kids,
then I'll start treating them like kids!

THEY ARE NOT HOLDING A CHECK OVER MY HEAD LIKE THEY ARE
DOING TO SO MANY OF YOU!!!!!
