HEADLINE - A READER WRITES...

Lenny,

Feel free to pass along to those Jefferson Parish registered
voters
to e-mail to the following address in order to receive a
petition to
recall Aaron Broussard, Jefferson Parish President who sent
the pump operators
away and thus we flooded:

recallpetition@recallbroussard.com

EDITORIAL REPLY:

I agree wholeheartedly with the grass roots effort to recall
Aaron Broussard. He was politically involved in the shoddy
drainage work and inoperable pumps for the 1995 flood and
now he was directly RESPONSIBLE for the billions of dollars
of flood damages caused by turning off the pumping stations
for a few days during Hurricane Katrina.

As for all of us here at FCC, I may need to start up a
RECALL THE BOARD DRIVE around here soon. Unfortunately, the
Board knows that most of the owners are apathetic and beaten
down right now and do not have the energy or time to
overthrow the Board. That is why they continue to run
rough-shod over everyone and refuse to communicate or answer
questions. It's why they canceled the Annual Meeting next
month and they know they will get away with it because MOST
of the owners at FCC are apathetic about what goes on around
here... just like in local and national politics. It's why
we, the voters, keep getting screwed over by wasteful,
crooked, self-serving politicians. So many people have
been beaten down for so long by politicians that they just
accept MEDIOCRITY!!!! Unless and until more people get
involved in control of their lives, instead of leaving it up
to politicians on the local and national level and the
Board, here at FCC, everyone will continued to get screwed
over!!!!!

RAIN COMING INTO SEVERAL UNITS ... UPDATE! -

I was able to go into #88, #60, #61, #62 and #63 and take
pictures of the rain water flowing into those units. Some
of the water is coming down the A/C openings in the roofs
but most of the water is coming down the insides of the
walls where the water flows off of the roof and then flows
down the insides of the red brick walls and then hits the
downstairs slab and then puddles inside the units. #88,
upstairs, did have some water on the floor and wood around
the A/C unit, where the other units had water around the A/C
units and along the outside walls and wood. I have lots of
digital pictures documenting these leaks. If you need a
copy, let me know and I will upload them to one of my
Webshots.com online photo albums where you can view and
download them for free.

I hope and pray that Chet Hingle and the Board quits
worrying about confiscating YOUR MONEY and starts doing
their jobs in getting things fixed around here. People
cannot start rebuilding their units and their lives until
Chet Hingle and the Board start doing their jobs properly.

HEY CHET AND THE BOARD... QUIT WORKING SO HARD AT
CONFISCATING PEOPLE'S INSURANCE SETTLEMENT MONEY AND START
DOING YOUR JOBS.... OR QUIT IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE JOB!!!!!
I'M SURE SEVERAL OWNERS WILL STEP UP TO BE BOARD MEMBERS IF
YOU QUIT. I KNOW I WOULD BE READY AND WILLING TO DO THE
MANAGERS JOB, AT NO CHARGE FOR ONE YEAR, IF AND WHEN HE
FINALLY QUITS OR GETS FIRED BY A NEW BOARD!!!!!

Whew! That felt good to finally say what needed to be said!

Until next time, let "The Fountain of Information" flow!

Sincerely,
