HEADLINE - PETITION DRIVE IS MOVING FORWARD

The "Petition to allow FEMA trailers..." is being readily
accepted and signed by 95% of the people it has been
presented to. Only one person "did not want to get
involved" so far. This person did say that IF a second
"Petition for a Special Owners Meeting to discuss the
Insurance and Financial Information" is passed around, they
this owner would get involved in that petition and sign it!

STATE LAW CONCERNING ASSOCIATIONS -

I researched the Louisiana Legislature Website and found the
law concerning LA Corporations and Associations and it seems
we only need 10% (10 unit owners) to sign the petition in
order to FORCE the Board call a special meeting for the
owners to vote at that special meeting. Following this
paragraph is a copy/paste of the actual law. It also seems
that the FCC Board has been in violation of Louisiana Law as
it pertains to the number of Board Members. The law is very
specific and says a Board SHALL consist of no less than FIVE
Board Members and further... the Board is in violation of
the law since there SHALL be one or more REGULAR meetings
annually and the Board canceled the Annual Meeting scheduled
for this month.

LOUISIANA LAW FOR CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

Title 12 - Corporations and associations

§451. General and special meetings; how called
In its bylaws each association shall provide for one or more
regular meetings annually. The board of directors shall have
the right to call a special meeting at any time, and ten per
cent of the members, by petition setting forth the specific
business to be brought before the association, may demand a
special meeting at any time. Such meeting thereupon shall be
called by the directors. Notice of each meeting, together
with a statement of the purpose thereof, shall be mailed to
each member at least five days prior to the meeting;
provided, however, that the bylaws may require, instead,
that such notice may be given by publication in a newspaper
of general circulation, published at the location of the
registered office of the association.
Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:361 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3,
eff. Jan. 1, 1969.

§452. Board of directors
A. The affairs of the association shall be managed by a
board of not less than five directors, elected by the
members from their own members. The board shall have all
rights and powers of the board of a business corporation
organized under Chapter 1, and such other powers as may be
necessary to the proper execution of this Part.

CHET HINGLE IS UP TO MORE OF HIS SHENANIGANS -

Here is a picture of a note that HE put on the first FEMA
trailer. When he saw me taking this picture, he tore the
note down but not before I got the picture. It reads and I
quote,

"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!
REMOVE THIS TRAILER AT ONCE.
TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED
ON OUR PROPERTY!
IF YOU WANT KEYS TO TRAILER,
CALL 234-9980.
MANAGEMENT
/S/ C. HINGLE"

See the picture posted further below on the blog or on the
TFOI Webshots site.

So now Chet Hingle has resorted to STEALING FEDERAL
PROPERTY... that is HE STOLE THE KEYS TO THE TRAILER THAT
DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM AND I HAVE THE PROOF IN A PICTURE
WITH HIS SIGNATURE ON THE NOTE!!!!!

Has Chet Hingle gone NUTS????? I don't know since I'm not a
Psychiatrist, but I think HE is very close to losing his
mind!!!!

I will be making the rounds with BOTH Petitions on
12/7/2005... the one to allow the FEMA trailers and the one
to make the Board hold a special meeting to discuss the
insurance and financial information that they have refused
to do so far!

Until next time, let "The Fountain of Information" flow!
