HEADLINE - THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A BOARD MEETING A LITTLE
WHILE AGO!!!!!
Chet Hingle was observed going into unit #79 for Board
Member - James Williams, and shortly thereafter, Board
Member - Donald Gauthreaux was observed in the front
courtyard and one of the tenants told him that Chet was
already in #79 waiting for him. Assuming that they were
going to get Sultan Mirza on the phone (but this is not
necessary since two members makes a quorum), there may be
some positive or negative action being done today. I guess
we'll never know what happened at THIS Board Meeting either,
since THEY don't deem it important or necessary to
communicate with the tenants and owners about any of their
decisions... decisions which affect everyone's lives around
here.
AIR-CONDITIONING NEWS -
The people from Total Maintenance are here again today
working on the roof top A/C compressor units so, hopefully,
they will be moving full steam ahead on getting everyone's
A/C and Heat working so some people can start moving back in
as their units are completed. My understanding is that they
will be installing new thermostats with each unit so make
sure that Charlie or the NON-Manager has a key to your unit
so the A/C repair people can get into your unit to complete
the repairs. Also, the Air Handler part of the central A/C
& Heat needs to be checked for damages from the water
leaking through the roof openings.
AL IS BACK!!!! -
That's right... Al, the maintenance man, was seen around FCC
today, doing clean-up work.
Oh well... back to work!
