PETITION TO RECALL THE BOARD AND TERMINATE THE MANAGER

We have received many more signatures on the two current
petitions that are circulating around FCC and due to several
owners asking that we also circulate a petition to recall
the board and terminate the manager, please see the attached
copy of the latest petition, as well as the two previous
ones.

If you have not signed any of these petitions, please do so
now and drop the signed petition off at unit #94 on your
next visit to FCC. If I am not home, please slide the
signed petition under my front door. Please reply to this
email and let me know if you are or are not signing the one
or all of the petitions.

We already have enough signatures to force the board to call
the special homeowners meeting but we want an overwhelming
show of support by getting over 50% of the signatures,
rather than just the 10% needed to get the special
homeowners meeting, pursuant to Louisiana Corporations and
Associations Law, Title 12, Section 451.

I realize that some of you may not be ready to recall the
board and terminate the manager but remember that more than
five of your current homeowners are prepared to be nominated
as a replacement board and I am willing to be the interim
manager... at no charge to the Association... so we will not
miss a step in moving things forward.

Remember that your current board and manager have
steadfastly refused to communicate critical information to
you or to hold meetings to answer your questions. They are
"hiding" thousands and possible hundreds of thousands of
dollars from you and your neighbors. They only tell certain
people bits and pieces of information.. only their friends
and people in their cliques! This is not right for them to
withhold critical need to know information from ALL OF THE
OWNERS here at FCC.

Please take a stand and vote for the three petitions
attached or send me an email for your reasons why not.

REMEMBER, your comments are always welcome and all replies
will be published if you want your voice heard by the other
readers of "The Fountain of Information". If you want your
comments to be anonymous, please say so and I will only
publish your comments without any identifying information.

We also welcome Chet Hingle and Sultan Mirza, who both
receive this newsletter, to reply and give the people at FCC
much needed information!!!
