Fw: "The Fountain of Information" - Tuesday, November 15, 2005 - LATE EDITION - I NEED YOUR HELP!

Dear Readers,

HEADLINE - I NEED YOUR HELP!

Due to the numerous letters from the Board or NON-Manager
that have gone out over the past four weeks, there is a wide
disparity of financial figures floating around depending on
whether you live downstairs or upstairs or in the front or
rear courtyard. Since the Board and NON-Manager have
refused to let anyone see the actual insurance documents,
financial records, deposits, board meeting minutes, etc., I
am now asking each of you to send me a short email, which
will remain anonymous, listing the size of your unit (i.e. -
1BR, 2BR or 3BR) and the amount of money that you have been
"offered" in writing by the board or NON-Manager. I will
compile this information into a spreadsheet format so that
ALL owners and interested parties will be able to see the
wide disparity at a glance.

Many of you flood victims in the rear courtyard have the
original low-balled figures of:

1BR - $12,000.00
2BR - $15,000.00
3BR - $24,000.00

These low-balled figures have remained consistent, in
writing, although more than one Board member has leaked that
the 1BR and 2BR units should get around $5,000.00 more
(since that would add up to the missing $80,000.00 or more)
from the settlement amount from the National Flood Insurance
Program. The 3BR units have actually received an increase
from the $24,000.00 up to $26,000.00. The above figures are
WAY OUT OF LINE as far as dollar amounts per square foot
since a 1BR unit is around 650 sq. ft., a 2BR unit is around
900 sq. ft. and a 3BR unit is around 1,100 sq. ft. A more
appropriate "estimate" for the rear courtyard flood victims
would be $25,000.00 for the 3BR, then $21,000.00 for the 2BR
and $17,000.00 for the 1BR.

Some of the other figures floating around for the north
buildings of each courtyard where they had flood and storm
damage which resulted in up to the entire unit being gutted,
are:

1BR - $23,000.00
2BR - $32,000.00
3BR - $41,000.00

These figures are at least consistent with the square
footage of the representative units, unlike the figures
released for the rear courtyard flood victims... but then,
the figures for the 1BR and 2BR units were low-balled to
"hide" the missing $80,000.00 or more.

Considering the wide array of financial figures floating
around, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL with a short email
stating your unit size, whether front or rear courtyard,
upstairs or downstairs and the dollar amounts given to you
in writing.

ILLUSTRATING ABSURDITY BY BEING ABSURD! -

A couple of readers have recently commented that "The
Fountain of Information" is being kind of "rough" on the
Board and NON-Manager. Please understand that until the
Board and NON-Manager start "doing the right thing" by
providing FULL DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY (as directed in
the official by-laws of the FCCA), this writer and
newsletter will continue to illustrate the absurdity of the
Board and NON-Manager by being absurd in the editorial
replies in this newsletter. It's a writing style adopted in
many editorial replies and is also the primary style used by
many news radio talk show hosts, including the infamous Rush
Limbaugh.

Until the Board and NON-Manager stop their ridiculous idea
of keeping some of YOUR INSURANCE SETTLEMENT MONEY, this
writer and newsletter will continue to .... "Illustrate
absurdity by being absurd!"

THE FCCA BY-LAWS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON AS A FILE YOU CAN
KEEP ON YOUR COMPUTER -

I am almost finished scanning the by-laws into a .pdf
(Adobe) file so if anybody wants a copy of the by-laws
emailed to them, please feel free to send me an email and I
will forward a copy via attachment. This file will be
around 2MB so please make sure your email account allows you
to receive attachments of this size. Many limit the size of
attachments to 1MB.

FREE GMAIL ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE -

If you need a FREE email account that has virtually
UNLIMITED capacity and allows attachments of up to 10MB,
please email me and I will send you a FREE invitation to
open a Gmail account... the FREE email service provided by
Google. The account allows you over 2 Gigs of storage,
which grows every day, so you will never have to delete an
email, ever again, unless you want to. I have been
receiving around 50 emails a day for the past year and I am
only at 12% of my storage space so it will take 8 years to
fill up my inbox if I continue to get the 50 emails a day
which I will be scaling down since I am unable to read most
of them anymore due to being so busy since Hurricane
Katrina. Just like Google, it is super fast when reading
your mail via the webpage and you can organize your mail and
put emails in folders in a second compared to yahoo and
hotmail which takes 10-15 seconds for each move. Just reply
to this email and ask for a FREE Gmail account and I will
send you an invitation.

Once again, thank you for reading the newsletter and until
next time... let "The Fountain of Information" flow!
